FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I begin the process for admission to rehab?

Contact our Admissions Department and a Pathway representative will assist you. Contact Information can be found below.

How will I know if my insurance covers inpatient rehab?

Our Admissions representative will verify your benefits prior to your rehab evaluation.

How long will I stay in rehab?

Your length of stay is determined by your medical and functional needs and varies by individual, however, the average acute rehab stay is approximately 2-3 weeks.

If I have been denied by another rehab facility, does that mean I cannot be accepted by Pathway?

No. Each individual rehab has their own Medical Director and guidelines therefore, while one rehab may not be able to accept you, Pathway may be an option.

Will I need a physician to refer me to inpatient rehab?

Physician referrals are only required if you are currently in a hospital or you are reviewing home health. Your or your family member may request an evaluation for inpatient rehab by contacting our Admissions Department and we will guide you through the process.
